The tantra and its translation notes explicitly describe samayadravya, sacramental substances, and a completion-stage environment involving substances treated as illicit or polluting in ordinary social/religious contexts.
Five illicit meats

- horse;
- cow;
- dog;
- human.
The text further combines these with “five wisdom nectars” in a deliberately transgressive sacramental system.
Historical procedure
